Three layers each catch what the one before can't. The JSON Schema sent with --json-schema makes Claude Code return the right shape. Zod checks the shape again in your code. Semantic checks then compare the report with the official copy itself. The semantic layer does the real work, and the decision that matters most is checking each quote against its own entry, not just anywhere in the document. run.sh drives claude -p on your subscription and prints one PASS or FAIL line per title.
