Build a trace viewer and a counted taxonomy

Claude Code builds the tools and the data; you do the reading. The generator is seeded, so the traces and the hidden key are the same every time and the finished annotations.json on this page lines up with your traces/. The viewer is a single HTML page served by a 70-line Node server, because the only thing that matters about it is how fast you can read a trace and type a note. The decision that matters most is the order of the last three steps: annotate everything, then cluster your notes into modes, and only then open the key.
