A drafting agent with human approval in eve

This project puts the whole course into one agent. Acting for a buyer, the agent reads a contract pack (TA6 Property Information Form, official copies of the register, local authority and drainage and water searches), decides which additional enquiries are justified, drafts each one with the document and verbatim quote that prompted it, and routes the list to a solicitor. Only after a solicitor approves does it "send" the enquiries, to a local outbox file standing in for the seller's conveyancer.

You build it in eve with the model from the eve setup: any model through your own OpenRouter key, or a free local model through Ollama, running in the dev terminal UI. Every document is synthetic. In a real deployment you would keep the key in the project environment (or switch to an AI Gateway model) and connect real systems; nothing else about the design should need to change.
