A two-stage parse-and-extract pipeline keyed like a build system. Each artefact's key is its stage version (a hash of code, parser settings, prompt text, schema and model) plus the hash of its input, and extraction is keyed on the parsed text's hash, so a parser change that leaves the text alone costs no model calls. Predicted and actual calls match for all three experiments, and an as-of query shows what an agent read before and after each promotion.
