A memory layer for a 12-week case

This project turns the course into one working system: the memory layer for a conveyancing agent fleet. It runs on synthetic matters and your Claude subscription (Claude Code, with claude -p for every model call inside your program), so no client data and no API bill are needed. By the end you should be able to show, with numbers, that your fleet remembers the right facts about a client and a matter for twelve weeks, gives the current completion date after it moves, never mixes up two clients, resists a poisoned document, can delete a client on request, and costs less per matter than sending the whole history.
