Extract lease terms with page-verified evidence

The model's job is to copy and classify; everything else is code. LeaseTerms asks only for raw values ("fifty pounds (£50)", "the 2nd day of February 2001") and a quote with a page for each. The code then checks each quote on the page it cites, turns raw values into pence and ISO dates, and compares the lease with its register. The decision that matters most is to feed the model the same page-tagged text the verifier reads. Then a failed quote can only mean the model changed something, or the page reference is wrong.
