A small study harness. It labels 40 fields you write by hand, crops your photos, reads every crop with Tesseract and with Claude (claude -p), and measures accuracy, review rate and silent errors against the lesson's independence formula, with honest error bars. A simulation with correlated errors shows what the gap between formula and measurement looks like before you have real reads.
