A conveyancing inbox mixes routine requests with expensive mistakes. Most emails ask where a matter has got to or send a document. A few ask about Stamp Duty Land Tax, which is arithmetic and belongs in code. And now and then one asks you to send completion money to a "new" bank account, which is the classic payment-diversion fraud. A triage system has to be fast and cheap on the first kind and must never act on its own on the last. That makes it a good fit for a System One model.
In this project you build that system for a fictional firm and measure it honestly. It uses every module: deciding which parts of the job are System-One-shaped (module 1), writing good questions over good state (module 2), and routing, hybrid workflows and evaluation (module 3). Expect 6–10 hours.
Everything runs on the jevlocal stand-in from Jev, or its local stand-in: the fake backend for tests, the claude backend on your Claude subscription for real answers, and the typesafe backend if you have early access to Jev. All emails, people, addresses and bank details are synthetic.
