Build a state builder and a reads-then-computes pipeline

Five small modules, each with one job. state_builder copies three parts of a large synthetic record (two emails and the enquiries) under the names the questions use, and check_paths resolves every backticked path in every question against that state before anything is sent. dates, counting and amounts each build questions and the code that turns their answers into facts: a date from four Choices with min-of-parts confidence, a tally from one Noul per enquiry, and a pence value from a regex candidate selected by a Choice. pipeline sends all of it as one fan-out request and does every comparison in code.
